During this fully interactive session designed for business owners and/or managers leading teams of 5+ employees, we'll walk through our Got the Goods assessment - allowing you to consider and respond to the questions as they apply to your own business - but we'll be able to learn and from the collective wisdom of the crowd as we share our experiences in a group setting.

Together we'll hone in on the greatest pain points across the group as we move through the assessment - providing for a targeted discussion on those improvement points in each section – all the while sharing new tools, techniques, thoughts and suggestions to help you move your business from being good enough to dammmnnn good.

You'll walk away with new thoughts and ideas to help you improve on key areas in your business, with a selection of templates and resources you can use or implement immediately. You'll benefit from the interactive discussion of the groups common pain points, allowing for peer to peer knowledge sharing and learning, coupled with insights and observations from your facilitator.
